Job Descriptions
Performs day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording of data.
Post payments for proper monitoring of account receivables.
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization by sending Statement of Account and contacting clients with outstanding accounts.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
Must be a Graduate of Accountancy or equivalent.
With at least 1 year relevant experience.
Knowledgeable on Accounting Software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
