General Duties
a. Prepare monthly Project Financial Statements and analysis including Cost and Payment schedule
b. Monitor project expenses vs. approved budget
c. Analysis of GL including preparation of adjusting entries
d. Review of Project Financial Runs, PRs and Change Orders
e. Prepare Project Close Out schedule in coordination with Project Development & Engineering

Professional Eligibility
Preferably CPA but not required
Skills
Knowledgeable in using SAP & MS Excel
Education
BS Accountancy or any course related to Accounting
Experience
With 2 years experience in financial statement preparation and analysis preferably in Real Estate
Responsibility
Overall monitoring of project financial status
