Job Description
Prepare all tax related forms and to ensure accuracy of tax computation and completeness of information.
To encode purchases and sales transactions to "BIR Relief System" on a monthly basis and to ensure that total amount tally with the filled VAT return.
To Encode Monthly/Annual Alphalist of Payees to the system and to ensure that the total amount tally with the filled VAT return.
To encode Summary Alphalist of Withholding Taxes to the system and ensures that total amount tally with the Withholding Tax Certificates received from clients.
To remit taxes and to file tax returns and other government reportorial requirements on or before the due date.
To facilitate the registration of books of account when fully consumed on or before the due date.
to prepare Certification of Taxes Withheld for suppliers
To generate Expense Reports from Ledger Plus (GAS) on a quarterly basis.
To maintain systematic filing of all tax-related documents.
To monitor the inventory and control the issuance of accountable forms
To coordinate with the Accounting Assistants and Treasury Assistant for matters affecting tax-related functions
To prepare other reports that may be required from time to time.
Job Qualification
Graduate of BS Accountancy.
Preferably with CPA License.
Atleast one year experience in general accounting, proficient in MS Excel and word, Highly motivated, can work under pressure and hardworking.
With good numerical ability , good communication skill, highly analytical, and independent.
Must be detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and organized.
