As an Accounts Assistant, you will primarily be responsible to:
· Assist in generating sales related documents (including service invoice, BIR sale invoice, BIR collection receipt, etc).
· Assist in preparing monthly sales report.
· Assist in checking supplier invoices to supporting documents; follow up with supplier invoices with discrepancy issue, key in supplier invoices details into accounts.
· Assist the Finance team to procure necessary documents in case of need.
· Maintain files and records of the company.
· Maintain a filing system, as requested by company.
· Any other ad-hoc task from the Management.
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in the role
With knowledge in ERP systems, quickbooks
Meticulous, honest and trustworthy.
Should have strong analytical and planning skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task
