JOB QUALIFICATIONS
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics or equivalent
•Good communication skills (written and verbal)
•Proven analytical and written presentation skills
•Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
•Ability to identify future problems even before they occur. Proactive in preparation and uses initiative in response
•Proficient in MS Office Applications especially in MS Excel and with excellent typing skills
•Must be able to do on-site work
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Daily matching of payments via EFT in various Australian banks
•Daily matching of Web payments (MasterCard, Visa and Amex)
•Monthly Bank Reconciliation of Bank Accounts vs GL
•Monthly AMEX transactions reconciliation
•Archiving of remittance advices, rebates documents, Accounts under liquidation and administration.
•Daily Extraction of Data for Trade Debtor, Trade Creditor, AP Aging, NETCRM AR Aging, Helper Aging and Exact AR Aging
•Monitoring of Unknown, Unallocated and Excess payments
•Same Account re-allocation
•Internal Liaison/support for intra-account receivable inquiries regarding payments
•Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior form time to time
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Makati City with morning shift schedule from 6AM - 4PM only for weekdays.
