Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience from real estate industry is a plus, but not required
Good in both oral and written English communications
Billing & Collection
. Ensures that buyer ledger/accounts are up-to-date
. Ensures proper posting of buyer payments (pdc's)
. Ensures accurate and timely delivery of statement of accounts
. Coordinates with other departments for the needed reports
. Weekly submission of collection, aging reports/account status
• Payment Processing
. Ensures all request for payments are accurate and authorized
. Ensures strict compliance to payable policies and control procedures
