JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives Post Sales form (Manual series) with Acknowledgement Receipt together with accomplished Service Repair Form.
Receives payment from customer for transactions/sales. Issues Collection Receipt and Sales Invoice upon payment transaction/sales with VAT. Records/post sales in the monitoring.
Checks if transactions is under insurance company; collecting and checking of needed requirements such as Letter of Authority (LOA) and Statement of Accounts (SOA); Tally the amount of SOA and LOA.
Issuance of of Collection Receipt
Prepares and issues manual Sales Invoice to the insurance company upon clearing of check.
Ensuring Proof of Payment and other documents for Acknowledgement Receipt.
Summarizes and consolidate of transactions; updating of monitoring report.
Follow up customers for unpaid transactions.
Creating weekly schedule for Acknowledgement report.
Weekly summary report of SI and CR.
Reviewing receiving report and attaching supporting documents
Verifying the Material Request Slip and Diesel Usage Log Sheet
Assist Inventory Assistant in ensuring the receiving and transfer of major parts.
Helping the management in the continious development
Perform other task from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any Business related courses.
Must be computer literate, analytical, innovative, flexible, result-oriented, teamplayer, and honest.
works with integrity, resourceful, and has good time management skills.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
