QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years work experience as an Accounting Assistant or similar role preferred
Proficient in MS Office and/or MacOS
Proficient in English, communication skills (verbal and written), listening skills and interpersonal skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepares check vouchers and payments for all disbursements
Prepares schedule of payment of Company Loans
Maintains all records of payment of loans to proper bank accounts
Updates summary of all deposits
Prepares monthly estimated budget and other reports
Prepares reports and payment of remittances to government offices such as SSS,PHIC and HDMF
Records all input and output taxes monthly as the basis of monthly VAT payment
Maintains and records disbursement, sales and purchases books
Prepares Government Reports (VAT)
Performs other duties that are compatible with the position.
