update and monitoring of AP file
preparation of withholding tax certificates
Employee Claims processing:
checking and validation of claims
scanning of claim documents
entry validation
update and monitoring of employee claims file
Accounts Receivable:
issuance of official receipts
clearing of receivables against collection
update of incoming fund register
entry validation
Journal Vouchers:
receiving, validating and sending of JV to Conduent (share service)
entry validation
Fixed Assets:
monitoring and maintenance of fixed asset records
entry validation
Coordination with:
Purchasing for PO related concerns
Conduent for the share service transactions
IT Department for IT assetsOthers
filing and record keeping
other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Proficient in MS Office applications
SAP knowledge preferred but not required
Must have 1-3 years relevant experience
Good oral and written communication skills
Resourceful, analytical and highly dependable
