Checks monthly remittances reports (Loans and Premiums)
Monitoring, maintaining and changing of employee assignment, upgrading of premium contributions and other employee related records.
Prepares consolidated reports of actual deductions and monthly remittances.
Prepares summary of weekly payroll and sorts out ATM employees from Non-ATM holder employees.
Assists Finance Dept in Eastwest Bank Payroll Credit System.
*As Authorized Company Representative, performs field work for the following:
Submission of necessary documents to the government offices for Salary loans, Sickness Benefit, Maternity Benefits, Updating of Employee Records etc.
Picking-up of Loan Checks and other important documents.
Updates monthly employee records in office files (for BIR Form 2316 purposes)
Prepares monthly registration forms to all government agencies for new employees of the company.
Prepares employees' certification needed for their privilege and benefit claims.

BS Accountancy or any degree related to the field
CPA (preferably)
Willing to work in West Avenue, Quezon City
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
