Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
The qualified candidate shall be tasked to assist the Finance Manager on the preparation of accounting related reports including but not limited to:
Prepartion of Financial Statement
Preparation and timely reporting of BIR Reportorials
Checking on the accuracy of Accounts Payable
Posting of revenue and journal entries
Preparation of bank reconciliation report
Oversee work of accouting staffs to ensure accuracy of data
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
At least 1 (one) year experience as Accounting Assistant preferably gained from a Restaurant or Food & Beverage set up
Knowledgeabe in all areas of Accounting including Accounts Payable, Sales, Accounts Receivalbe, BIR Reportorial, Inventory, FS Preparation
Detail oriented and trust worthy
With excellent people and leadership skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Required language(s): English
