To qualify, one must meet the following requirements:
• A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/ Audit.
• With knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and QUICKBOOKS Accounting Software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and result-oriented.
The following are the essential functions and duties of the ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT:
Required Skill(s): MS OFFICE, Accounting software
Maintain an accurate inventory of goods and periodically counting them to look for variances.
Excel file vs. Accounting Software
Input product description and information in current inventory systems
Develop and recommend accurate and consistent enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Transactions
To qualify, one must meet the following requirements:
• A graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/ Audit.
• With knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and QUICKBOOKS Accounting Software.
