Responsibilities
Perform matching process of purchase order, received goods and supplier invoice.
Investigate and resolve price or quantity differences between purchase orders and related invoices.
Review and assign general ledger and cost center accounts.
Maintain favorable relationships with vendors; answer all vendor inquiries and process payments within scheduled due dates.
Monitoring and scheduling of monthly payments of company's operating expenses and all applicable taxes in an on-time manner.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have experience in construction or food industry is a plus.
Applicants must be willing to work in Banawe Quezon Ave., QC (office based set up)
Willing to work during Saturday.
