We are looking for a Accounting Assistant to provide support in Accounting task such as bookkeeping, accounts payable and other related task.
Duties:
Preparation of Monthly sales report
Processing of Business permit (retail store permit)
Accounts payables for Scent and Beaute Inc.
Prepare and Process of BIR eSales
Provide assistant to Store Personnel (accounting related concerns)
Review reimbursement, prepare and request fund for Scent and Beaute Inc. (store and head office)
Requirements:
3 years related work experience as Accounting Assistant or General Accounting
Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
Computer Literate
Knowledge in Bookkeeping
Keen on details
willing to be assign in Rockwell, Makati City
