We are currently looking for Accounting Assistant for one of our client located in Mandaluyong.
Qualifications are as follows:
- Atleast 1 year of related experience.
- Gradute of BS Accountancy, Finance, or in other related courses.
- Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong.
Job Description:
- Handles monthly reporting of Purchase Summary
- Monitors promptness of delivery and as well as reconciles physical inventory with the Inventory Custodian
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of Receiving Report and other related transactions
- Reconciles Accounts Payable with the cash disbursed to supplier and see Official Receipt applied
- Handles BIR Reports
- Ensures the timely financial account reconciliation of the following documents:
Sales report
Pre-payments
Accruals
Operating Expenses
Other Accounting Reports
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 1
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
