SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounts Assistant is responsible to prepare various statements of account, monitor, record and consolidate other Accounts Receivable related reports and schedules.
FUNCTIONS:
1.Billing preparation and recording but not limited to:
1.1 Title Transfer Cost Statement of Account
1.2 Meralco and Water Deposit Statement of Account
1.3 Deemed Accepted Fee Statement of Account
2. Prepare various billings and request for preparation from time to time such as but not limited to - interest on loan, contractor's billing, etc.
3.Preparation and consolidation of monthly reports/monitoring but not limited to:
3.1 0% Delinquent Report related to title transfer cost - submitted monthly to Credit and Collection department
3.2 Summary of Advances to Condo Corp with Aging Analysis - submitted monthly to General Accounting department
3.3 Title Transfer Cost Collection Report (all projects) - submitted monthly to Reynand Aguilar (AR) for consolidation report
3.4 Deemed accepted billing monitoring
4.Analysis, computation preparation and recording for CCT clearances
5.Assist in preparation of balances or ad hoc activities for the upcoming ERP parallel testing.
6.Performs related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy;
With working knowledge in Accounts Receivable from a real estate company;
Highly analytical, keen on details, works well under pressure and willing to extend working hours;
With good communication skills & interpersonal skills;
Computer proficient
