- Records Sales & Expense Accounts
- Updates Accounting Books
- Prepares Payment/Collection Summary
- Updates List of Check Issuances
- Prepares Weekly AR Reports
- Prepares Journal Vouchers
- Prepares Income Statement
- Performs Weekly Bank Reconciliation
- Knows how to prepare govt mandatory remittances (BIR, SSS, Phealth, Pag-ibig, LGU, BFP, SEC)
Qualifications
Graduate of Accounting, Finance or related course.
Must have 2-4 years accounting or related work experience
Organized
Good communication skills in verbal and written
Computer literate
Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
