Graduate of BS Accountancy or Accounting Technology from a reputable university/college, with good scholastic records;
At least one (1) year work experience in accounting related works, preferably in a real estate business;
Computer literate, preferably with knowledge in the Accounting system program;
Has good interpersonal skills and can work under pressure and less supervision; and trustworthy.
