Duties and Responsibilities:
• Enter bills
• Enter new employees
• Enter new customers or venue details and then setting up oncharge rates
• Create invoices to the customers using a timesheet program
• Update employees' details and rates when they work at different venues
• Provide client with debtor's update
• Assist with payroll preparation
• Payroll Tax - check the figures and lodge the return through the portal
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Reports generation
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Accounting or related
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in payroll and payroll tax
• Experience in Xero and MYOB
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
