Job Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2-3 years work experience as acctg. staff esp. on Financial acctg., General acctg. A/R, credit and collection.
- Willing to work in Manila area despite of Pandemic
- Willing to render overtime
Job Descriptions:
• Perform routine calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by the Finance Manager.
• Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
• Review and adhere to department budgets.
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
• Ensure all calculations and data entries are correct.
• Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by liaising with employees and/ or clients.
• Report any trouble discoveries or suspicion of wrong doing to the proper authorities.
• Collect information for and prepare payroll payments of employees.
• Assist the Finance Manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis
• Adhere to the companies or organization's financial policies and procedures.
• Answers question and provide assistance to customers and clients as needed.
• Attend finance department and company-wide meetings sometimes assisting with financial reporting to managers and senior executives.
• Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities deemed for the position.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. CREDIT AND COLLECTION
• Processing credit terms of EU
• Keep file process credit application form of customers - old and new
• Monitor payment habits of clients
• Submit debit credit report every Friday - all checks should be logged
• Monitor payment schedule of clients and vendors
• Create calendar of collection (Cubed to EU), (Vendor to Cubed)
• Create calendar of monthly payables (internal)
B. FINANCE
• Invoicing
• DR Creations
• Collection and filling of 2307
• Sales and purchase report
• Expense report
• Managing petty cash - includes reporting
