Recording and monitoring of Rental Property (including 2307)
Preparation of Cancellation & Repricing Memo(CRM)
- In House account
Reconciliation
Monitoring of buyers' payment for the following transactions
Monitoring and recording
Joint Venture
Schedules and aging of the following accounts
AR - Rental
AR - MA/CTS
Electricity and water
Rental Income
Terminal Income
Accounts Receivable
Job Qualifications:
-Candidate must be at least Bachelor's/College Degree of Accountancy, Finance, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting or equivalent
-At least 3-5 year experience specializing General Accounting, Accounts -Receivable, Payable, Bank Reconciliation, billing or equivalent
- With real estate experience is an advantage
-With good working attitude, a team player and quick learner
-Well-organized and detailed-oriented
-Pro-active and results-driven
-Can work with minimum supervision and willing to render overtime
