Email Suppliers
SAP recording of daily transactions (payment dates, etc)
Help and assist manage petty cash transactions
Collate all relevant supporting documents for BIR audit and SVG audit
Maintains accounting records
Ensures proper safekeeping and maintenance of accounting documents by recording, filing, and ensuring easy retrieval for reference.
Performs other related functions which may be assigned by the Accounting Officer from time to time.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
