Job Description
Updates receivables regularly and monitor ageing.
File, update and maintain accounting ageing
Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service, and from customers.
Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
Resolves collections by examining customer payment terms, payment history, credit line;
Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account, verifying totals, preparing report.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Involves in Monthly, Quarterly or Annual Inventory activity.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
