Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of Request for payment (RFP), refunds and purchase orders.
Daily monitoring of payables. Monthly monitoring of expenses, accruals and advances to suppliers.
Preparation of BIR form 2307 (Expanded withholding tax).
Journal entries in SAP and Month-end adjustments.
Job Specifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy (BSA), BSAT, or BSBA Financial Management.
CPA or non-CPA, but with previous related work experience.
Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
With SAP background or any accounting system.
Willing to work on a Monday - Saturday schedule (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) at Taytay Rizal.
