Administrative Support
· Filing thru online of monthly remittance of creditable income taxes withheld on compensation and expanded
· Answers queries with regard to eLoad and supplier's check vouchers
2. Accounting Support
· Reconcile catalogue orders from Marketing master list versus supplier's billing and delivery receipts
· Process and prepare check vouchers to all suppliers ·
· Monitor Purchase Authorization in support for prepared supplier's check
vouchers
· Prepare Income report for ERS Load · · ·
· Monitor and reconcile ERS report from branches to passbook ·
· Process E-Load check payment to SM branches · ·
· Prepare checks for crediting of loans, savings withdrawals and other individual
loans (in case bank to bank transfer is not possible)
· Process statutory and other payments · · ·
· Reconcile and process payment of HMO/HMI/HCA/Critical Illness
