Prepare and send monthly billing to clients and create invoices for dealer's account.
Collect, Follow-up and monitor the collection of payments
Reach out to dealer clients with unpaid balance and attempt to collect from them
Send out notices to overdue accounts
Investigate Billing and Invoice Errors, and resolution of issues.
Verify that Payment terms matches those on contract
Verify that billing contact name, email address and contact number is correct
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
To prepare financial journal entries and account reconciliation reports like payables, receivables and etc.
To Monitor and Reconcile of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Invoice Processing
To determine accounting errors and / or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.
Review billing and collections guidelines and policies from time to time.
Ensure proper filing and documentation.
Implement process and system improvements as instructed by the Department Head.
Has basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting operations
Has knowledge in preparing and filing BIR Returns
Assist Senior Accountant in preparing reports for billing and collection concerns.
Submit month-end reports to Senior Accountant
