Job Responsibilities:
Perform a monthly fuel and lubricants inventory count
Assists in audit of inventory at any given time including the year-end physical inventory count of spare parts, fuel and lubricants.
Ensure receiving of complete and proper supporting documents of each supplier's billing invoice/SOA
Ensure an orderly and timely filing of all accountable documents
To secure e-files of all accountable documents
Preparation of Daily scanning report
Preparation of weekly Status of Countered Invoices
To assists in retrieval of documents at any given time as required
To receive calls from supplier's inquiry and concerns
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, (Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent is an advantage
Knowledgeable in excel
Willing to render overtime for monthly inventory count
Attention to detail
Available ASAP
