- Receive billings and documents for utilities
- Resolve any discrepancies arising from the billings before processing
- Preparation of journal entries in SAP to be reviewed by supervisor
- Prepares vouchers for payables
- Other related tasks that may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor's degree, Accountancy or a finance-related field
- With 1-2 years' experience in accounts payable processing, general accounting, or similar
- Bank Reconciliation experience
- Competency requirements: Advanced MS Excel skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong initiative, analytical skills, attention to details, organized & with auditor mindset - With integrity and can maintain confidentiality
- Able to work under pressure, deliver results and observe deadline
- Knowledgeable in computerized accounting system, SAP
- Pro-active in liaising with involved departments
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City or Pasig
