Job purpose:
Assist in maintaining of accounting records and prepare schedules for bookkeeping of the Company's handled
Direct reporting to Accounting Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities:
Billing and Collection of sales from Customers.
Processing of payment to Suppliers.
Recording of entries to Working Papers/ Books of Accounts
Preparing of Bank Reconciliation.
Filing monthly/quarterly BIR mandatory compliance.
Minimum Requirement and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy or any relevant field
At least one-year experience in retail and or related industry (fresh graduate maybe considered)
Up-to-date knowledge in General Accounting
Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Willing to work onsite (SM Head Office, Pasay City)
Preferrably can start as soon as possible.
