As the Accounting Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the end-to-end financial statements ("FS") reporting of the Company. You will work in ensuring the completion and accuracy of all financial reporting while following the local tax/audit regulatory. You will also support the leadership on group consolidation and regional FS reporting reviews. Your deliverables to the finance department will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business and communication with investors. This role is subject to promotion to group.
Requirements:
Degree educated with accounting qualification CPA or similar.
4 - 7 years hands-on accounting and/or financial auditing work. Big 4 background plus end-to-end reporting role in large enterprises as post-big 4 preferred.
Solid accounting knowledge as well as local tax/audit regulation.
Experience with SAP or other accounting systems and good excel skills will be a plus.
Good knowledge of the transportation industry and/or internet company preferred.
Proactive in communications and a team player.
Experience in group consolidation and familiarity with IFRS will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.
Work with CFO/group FA manager on the preparation of monthly and annual ledger closings activities, reconciliations, and financial package reporting.
Assist in group consolidation consolidation under IFRS.
Provide guidance to accounting team in daily work regarding dealing with contracts, paperwork, invoices and records from in-house billing and collection team, reconciliation between finance and operation, by collecting and analyzing accounts' information.
Liaise with financial auditors, local tax authorities, investors, and other country teams.
Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
