 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA required
 With at least 5 years experienced in Accounting Managerial position
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 Requires ability for thorough understanding of the financial reporting
and general ledger structure
 Proven Account Management skills required in order to create,
maintain & enhance customer relationships
 Experience with Elite Enterprise
 Very good analysis skills and extremely detail oriented
 Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting
 SAP or other large automated accounting system a plus
 Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
 Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required
 Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
 High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
 Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
 Physically and mentally fit to work
 Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
 Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
 Willing to render overtime work
