Accounting Assistant (makati)Huey Financing Inc.

The Accounting Associate will assist the Finance and Accounting Manager with basic bookkeeping and BIR reportorial requirements of the company.
Responsibilities
BOOKKEEPING- BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS
* Record to the disbursement book ( all CVs processed for the month)
* Prepare monthly journal entries and journal voucher with attachment of supporting documents
TAX COMPLIANCES (Monthly , Quarterly & Annual)
* Encode to the VAT relief system of the BIR monthly sales ( online ; reseller ; walk-in, and others source of sales)
* Encode to the VAT relief system of the BIR monthly input vat from purchases, expenses & cost of sales
* Processs VAT Relief to the BIR System (quarterly)
* Compute Expanded Withholding Tax for the month ( if any)
* E-File the VAT remittance if no payment
* Prepare BIR forms (0619E / Q ; 1601C / 2550Q )
* Process QAP for BIR reporting
* Assist the Accounting Manager to process the alphabetical list ( annual reporting)
AUDIT REQUIREMENTS
* Prepare schedule of accounts ( ledger per account name in the FS)
* Compilation of documents for annual audit (CV ; JV ; Other necessary supporting documents)
Budget range: 18K starting. Commensurate to experience if above 1 year experience
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
At least 6 months experience in the same capacity (either from actual job experience or internship)
Preferable living within Makati City
Can work onsite
Willing to do fieldwork as needed
