Qualifications & experience
College graduate Major in Accountancy (BSA) or Equivalent.
At least 1 year experience related to finance/accouting.
Willing to work at Brgy. Pajo Lapu-Lapu City
Working knowledge of MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Tasks & responsibilities
The Accounting Assistant - G.A. is responsible in maintaining financial records, general ledger accounts, and journal entries. Assist in preparing financial reports, filing of task returns and help in account reconciliations
In addition to above job summary is also responsible in monitoring various accountable forms, process purchase requisition and purchase order and responsible in releasing payment to various service provider.
