JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for processing all billings and fund requests received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all suppliers in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Attention to detail and data entry skills.
Always able to interact in a professional manner.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
BSc/Ba in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
Successful candidate will be assigned in Quezon City.
