Accounting Assistant (collection)LOTUS CENTRAL MALL INC.

1. Responsible for on time Collection and recording of Accounts receivable
2. Responsible for issuance of AR and preparation of daily collection report
3. Deposit all collection to bank
4. Daily collection other tenants with daily payment terms including
5. Collection of marketing events fee and monitoring of VRA
6. Monitoring of G cash payments for online booking of events and sports venues
7. Implement Standard collection procedures & policies (i.e. monitoring of daily tenants and issuance of foreclosure)
8. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Must possess at least a College degree in Accounting or any Financial Business Management course
MS Office and Google Form/Sheet familiarity
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and organize, result oriented
Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task
Willing to Under Agency
