Job Summary
The Accounting Assistant (Reconciliation) helps the business to reconcile transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers together with other key accounts.
Job Description
• Reconciling transactions to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
• Gather new merchant application and documents.
• Encoding of merchant transaction list.
• Provide assistance in bookkeeping.
Qualifications
• Must be a college graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel and Accounting packages.
• Can do full time work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
• Willing to do shifting schedule if needed.
