The Accounting Assistant processes checks based on the schedule provided by the Asst. Supervisor for Accounts Payable & Disbursements. They are responsible in making sure that the checks are signed by Authorized Signatories and released to suppliers on due date.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
2-year experience in general accounting and bookkeeping is an advantage but not required
With good communication skills (oral/written)
Must be computer literate
Hardworking
