1. Verify that billings and collections comply with financial policies and procedures, particularly the special attachments it requires.
2. Update account balances in the system by recording and applying payments to specific invoices.
3. Prepare schedules/ aging of accounts receivables; maintains and monitors subsidiary ledger of clients.
4. Ensure that receivables are collected within credit terms.
5. Issue Statement of Account to overdue client accounts.
6. Carry out collection activities such as call-outs, e-mail follow-up, scheduling of collection, etc.
7. Update daily sales collection on time.
8. Prepare and monitor official receipts for assigned clients.
9. Prepare Summary of Certificate of Creditable Tax withheld at Source 2307 from the client.
10. Prepare the Summary of Collection for VAT purposes.
11. Maintain complete and updated clients profile.
12. Address Accounts Receivables-related concerns to the Finance Comptroller and to other personnel in charge of the accounts.
13. Maintain filing system as detailed in the quality management system under ISO 9001:2015
14. Protect company values and reputation; Act with integrity and professionalism and maintain all company processes, controls, documents, records, and information confidential and strictly internal.
15. Maintain a good teamwork ethic within his/her department and the whole organization.
16. Any other work, projects, or tasks as directed by the Finance Comptroller.

With at least 2-3 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office applications.
With good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Has the ability to relate to all levels of people in the organization.
Has the ability to manage time strictly and meet project deadlines.
Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.
Willing to be assigned at Bagong Ilog, Pasig.
Willing to start immediately.
