Accounting Assistant - accounts receivableHavaianas

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process AR transactions such as but not limited to sales invoice, DM/CM, SOA, salary deduction and proforma invoice, if needed
Validate completeness of documents, make entries and record sales
Prepare journal entries
Monitor all credits and collections with the timely preparation of SOAs
Monitor and prepare accounts receivables aging report
Handle dispute for chargeback notification
Maintain monthly BS schedule of accounts related to AR
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be BS Accountancy graduate
At least 1 year experience in AP / AR
Knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Navision is a plus.
Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
