Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
At least 1-year work experience
Background in real estate operation is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly analytical
Keen to details and highly organized
Computer literate and results-oriented

Duties/Responsibilities;
Preparation Checks for PDC warehouse, pull-out request and for redeposit checks
BPI online transactions- monitoring & confirmation, prepares Returned Check memos
60 days Options & Collection Projection Report
Bank Reconciliation and Monthly Collection Reports Reconciliation & Filing
Monthly Delinquent Report and Sending of Notices (FN & NOC and endorsement for Re-open
Monitors status of notices sent through LBC on LBC website and request for sending back of
undelivered notices
Monthly Collection Report Summary / MCR
Monitor billings to supplier and issuance of OR/AR and supplier's
receivables
Fixed Asset Management- Tagging/ Physical Inventory and reconciliation in the books
Prepares billing of Mktg Subsidy, monitors and recon with Supplier
Monthly depreciation of Fixed Asset
Perform other duties that assigned from time to time
