Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable - Invoicing)AvePoint

Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer billing, invoice corrections, credit memos, sending out invoice
Investigate and resolve invoicing and project issues; respond to customer inquiries promptly
Maintain a reliable billing process and controls to ensure orders are billed on time and invoices are error free
Support annual audit requirements related to accounts receivable's responsibility
Assist in month end close & revenue recognition
Filing, and other Accounting duties/tasks/projects assigned as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above and majored in Accounting is preferred
English needs to be used as working language, good written English is a must
Teamwork spirit, practical work hard and working carefully
Self-motivated and can work under high pressure
Good PC skills in Word and Excel
Night shift requirement - several days every end of month
