Job Description
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
With at least one (2) years of experience in accounts payable and general accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution industry.
Working knowledge of SAP System is an advantage
Good knowledge of accounts payable processes and general accounting procedures.
Detail-oriented and can work with minimum supervision
Willing to work in Edsa Munoz, Quezon City under Compressed Work Week (Mondays to Fridays)
Process liquidation, reimbursement and payment vouchers
Ensure all payments are made for only authorized expenditures to correct payees, for both asset acquisitions and operating expenses
Initiates Accounts Payable recording of entries only for valid payables with complete documentation
Ensures timely payments to suppliers and observe accounting standard lead time on processing of payables
