Receiving of Documents & Transmittal of documents to Branches
Check processing for suppliers, billings, advances and all other requests for check preparation and preparation of 2307 Certificate
Releasing and Monitoring of Check Vouchers from branches
Monitoring/ Inventory of Office Supplies and preparation of request and accountable forms as Revolving Fund, Cash Advances & Check
