Job Summary
AP
1.Process RFP and reimbursements from various Affiliates;
2. Review and check the authenticity of invoices & completeness of RFP;
3. Track and update records of paid purchases.
AR
1. Check accuracy of invoices and statements
2. Maintain, review and update records of aging accounts receivable;
3. Perform account reconciliations (Invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts)
Reportial:
Reclassification of advances to Suppliers:
Revenue & Collection monitoring reports.
Lapsing schedule of asset
Qualifications:
BS Accountancy graduate
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Keen to details and organize
Must know Microsoft Office
Location: Kamias, Quezon City
