Description
We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Accountant and Payroll Executive to help quickly grow our business in Hong Kong.
Position Duties:
1. Servicing a portfolio of clients
2. Preparation of the full accounting and payroll process including:
Preparation of full set of management account
Communication with client to align with accounting/bookkeeping matters
Bank reconciliation
Operation on Xero platform
On-boarding of client's employee for HK, and setting up their details on payroll software Talenox;
Calculation of final salary payment for employee which include basic salary (monthly or per hour), leave entitlement, expense claims reimbursements, pro-rated salaries and additional wages adjustment;
Monthly publishment of pay slip;
Submission of statutory requirement to Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department;
Preparation of annual IR56B form to report earnings of the employees;
Calculation and submission of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) of employees;
Requirements
Graduate of Finance, Accountancy, Accounting Technology
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
Advance excel software skills and proficient in various accounting/audit software preferably Xero
Excellent written and oral English
CPA qualification is preferred
Strong organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and open to changes.
Team player and can work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
With strong leadership skills and have a high sense of responsibility
Good record-keeping and documentation skills
Able to demonstrate attention to details
Can start immediately.
