ACCOUNTING and FINANCE supervisorSYSTEM AND SOFTWARE CONSULTING GROUP INCORPORATION

Provides assistance to Accounting and Finance Manager in preparing P and L Report;
Responsible in accounting functions such as but not limited to auditing and internal controls, analyzing financial positions, account receivable/payable management, fixed asset management, reconciling accounting records, and other related tasks;
Responsible in checking invoices to monitor the status and making follow up on outstanding invoices for collection purposes;
Performs bookkeeping tasks by maintaining Book of Account (Columnar Book), Cash Disbursement Book, Cash Receipts Book, and Sales Book;
Encoding BIR Alpha list Entry System to BIR 1601E Form. Summarizes all recorded Withholding Tax Payable - Expanded per Cash Disbursement for Excel Summary Report
Regularly updates EFPS and EPayment through different government agencies
Submits monthly, quarterly, and annual report of Operating Expenses, Cost of Sales and Pre-Sales
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent
Fully adept or Solid knowledge in Philippine Taxation
High Moral and Integrity
