ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Preparation and management of billings and statement of accounts.
Prepares aging of accounts receivable and collection reports.
Manages the collection efforts / calls for accounts receivable portfolio.
Researches and resolves client payment discrepancies and performs account / payment reconciliations as required.
Receives, reviews, and posts collections.
Receives, reviews, and posts Creditable Tax Withheld (CWT or 2307) and ensures its completeness.
Performs standard File Management of Billings, Receipts, and Creditable Tax Withheld (CWT or 2307). Maintains and organizes files as required as per documentation retention periods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to handle high volume and detail-oriented finance and accounting work while maintaining high standards of accuracy with strong follow-up skills.
Can handle multiple tasks. Willing to work long hours. Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Extensive knowledge and advance skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
