Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
2. Supports executive manager in supplying accurate data for decision making
3. Planning and organizing the entire process of the Finance and Accounting department
4. Checks disbursement cycle.
5. Safeguarding of asset
6. Approves Daily Cash Position Report (DCPR)
7. Coordinates with external auditors for preparation of the yearly financial statement
8. Oversees finance and accounting department.
Company Involvement
9. Abides with GH Office Depot set of rules, regulations, and policies
10. Attends meetings (weekly or monthly meetings) as required by immediate superior and other departments.
11. Suggests and participates in achieving department plans and goals.
12. Represents and promotes a positive image of the company both on and off the job
13. Performs other functions as required by the Department head

License: Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Work Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in finance and accounting with a supervisory position.
