To perform general accounting function in coordination with Finance and Accounting supervisor/manager and to provide clerical/basic support to general administrative as needed.
Assist in preparation of accounts payables documents, ensure that all disbursements are properly documented and supported.
Ensures that all accounts payable are disbursed on time to avoid delay of operational need of the Company as well as to avoid penalties and interest of any kind.
Maintain vendor/payees files; maintain accurate historical records
Ensures all accountable forms, specially the payment vouchers and checks are well kept and available for audit at any time.
Preparation and compilation of documents and mandatory requirements for Input VAT refund filings with the BIR.
Assist in preparation of documents for insurance policies, permits and licenses renewals and/or application.
Maintain the filing system (softcopies and hardcopies) of accounting and administration (files, documentations and archives).
Assist in preparation of government statutory reports and documentation. (BIR, SSS, LGU and other government and private institution).
Assist and prepares pertinent documents for the renewal of business permit and SSS clearance, payments and filings.
Coordinates with Company's mobile communication provider's (Globe Telecom) Point of Contact (POC) on any issues such as but not limited to billing discrepancies, service disconnection and other requests.
Prepares documents related to releasing of payment documents to payees (suppliers and contractors), ensure accuracy of information (Form 2307, invoice and Official Receipts)
Prepares petty cash vouchers and cash advance liquidation if needed.
Others
Serves as alternate receptionist when the Office Assistant/Company Driver is out of the office
Performs other duties as requested and within areas of expertise
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accountancy, or Administration/Accounting-related courses
Preferably with one (1) to two (2) years of experience in clerical or administrative work
With experience and exposure to General accounting is a plus.

Good verbal and written English communication skills
