Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or other related business course;
Minimum of 1-3 years of general accounting experience;
Experienced with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team;
With good communication skills; be able to communicate across all social media channels;
Strong knowledge and proficiency in accounting software programs; Xero software, Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Offices and Google Workspace;
Adaptable to accounting softwares and tools;
Open for fresh graduates
Must be willing to work ON-SITE
Tasks & responsibilities
Assist with various aspects of the month-end close process, including but not limited to journal entry and account reconciliation preparation.
Reconciliation of certain bank accounts and recording of certain cash-related activities.
Knowledgeable in financial analysis and accounting systems.
Ensure proper matching of customer payments against invoice.
Provide timely and accurate financial on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
